This publication presents the results of comprehensive analytical research and monitoring regarding the quality, accessibility, and effectiveness of medical care in the penitentiary institutions of the Republic of Belarus from the second half of 2020 through 2026. The study combines quantitative and qualitative data obtained through surveys of former prisoners, analysis of the official legal and regulatory framework (including Instruction No. 234/112), documented testimonies from human rights organizations, and reports from independent media outlets.
